  • 0.5 fl ozCaramel syrup
  • 0.25 tspDemerara simple syrup
  • 2 tbspUnsalted butter
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 1 tspGround cinnamon
  • 0.5 tspGround cloves
  • 0.5 tspGround nutmeg
  • Hot water

Method

  1. Add syrup, honey, and spices into a mug and muddle.

  2. Add Captain Morgan and then fill to the top with hot water.

  3. Top with softened butter.

  4. Spice it Up: Mix up 6 servings and place a hot kettle of water in the center of your table to create a cozy tea service to share with your friends.
