  • 1.5 fl ozCaptain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  • .75 fl ozBitter Aperitivo
  • 1 fl ozFresh pineapple juice
  • .5 fl ozFresh lime juice
  • .5 fl ozDemerara syrup
  • Pineapple wedge to garnish

Method

  1. Add a couple of cubes of ice to a short glass.

  2. Combine the Captain Morgan, Bitter Aperitivo, Demerara syrup, pineapple juice and lime juice to the glass and stir.

  3. Finish off with a wedge of pineapple to garnish.
