What you'll need
For one serving
- 50 mlCaptain Morgan
- 25 mlGinger/gingerbread syrup
- 100 mlMilk (hot or cold)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Cold Version - Add all the ingredients to a tall glass full with ice, stir to mix, dust powdered cinnamon and ginger on the surface to garnish and add whipped cream.
Hot Version - Add the Captain and ginger syrup to a heatproof mug or glass, top up with hot milk, stir to mix, add whipped cream to the top if you have it and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and/or ginger.
