A sublime drink to enjoy while you put your boots up on the sand, you’ll find the Captain’s Pineapple Mule is easy to make and is delicious with a refreshing taste. The original was mixed in a trendy bar in Manhattan, but the Captain prefers to create his own version with pineapple juice outdoors in the shade of a Caribbean palm.
Serve up your Pineapple Mule cocktail in a copper drinking vessel for a more traditional twist. Definitely best served iced cold.
What you'll need.
For one serving
- 50 mlCaptain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
- 100 mlGinger beer or ginger ale
- 50 mlPineapple Juice
- 1 Lime wedge
- 1 GlassfulIce
Fill up a tankard with plenty of ice cubes.
Pour in the Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold.
Add in your favourite ginger beer or ale and the pineapple juice. Stir well.
Garnish with a wedge of lime.
