What you'll need
For one serving
- 50 mlCaptain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
- 25 mlCoconut cream
- 4 Chunks of fresh pineapple
- 1 Cherry to garnish
- 1 GlassfulCrushed ice
Place a large handful of crushed ice in a blender.
Add the Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, coconut cream and three of the pineapple chunks. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass.
Garnish with the cherry and a chunk of pineapple.
