Product Story
Before Captain Morgan Jamaica rum hits the lips of a salty sea dog it’s aged first in charred oak or wooden barrels. The longer the rum is aged, the darker it becomes. The dark colour can also be down to molasses, burnt sugar or caramel being added for colour and flavour. Typical tasting notes include coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, and of course oak.
