Ginger, another spice that warms the cockles of my heart. And another that, when it lands in your vessel along with my Captain Morgan® Jamaica Rum, will make you feel the spice of the Caribbean. A tasty, yet simple rum drink recipe.
50ml Captain Morgan® Jamaica Rum
150ml Ginger Ale
1 wedge of Lime
1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour 50ml Captain Morgan® Jamaica Rum and 125ml of your favourite ginger ale into the glass.
3. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
An easy way to remember is 3 parts Ginger Ale to 1 part Captain.
2 units per serve.
