Fortunately for him, this cocktail’s exotic combination of white rum, pineapple and orange makes it the ideal drink for an off-duty buccaneer looking to catch some rays. Its ingredients are undoubtedly inspired by the flavours of the tropics, while the addition of soda water gives it an invigoratingly bubbly texture. Sunscreen not included.

What you'll need

For one serving

  • 1.5 ozCaptain Morgan White Rum
  • 1.5 ozPineapple juice
  • 1.5 ozOrange juice
  • 1.5 ozSoda water
  • 1 Orange wedge
  • 1 Pineapple wedge
  • 1 Glassful of ice

Method

  1. Fill up a tall glass or a tankard with ice and pour in the Captain Morgan White Rum.

  2. Add the orange juice, pineapple juice and the soda water.

  3. Mix well and garnish with the orange and pineapple wedges.

  4. Enjoy your booty in the Caribbean sunshine.
